Forensic Science

The University has initiated a learning and development programme in Forensic science. The objective of this programme is to prepare students for a career in forensic science, both in India and abroad. The course will impart professional education that integrates with the latest techniques used in Forensic science.

The programme will improve skills and knowledge about forensic science. Students can opt for a master degree in the subject. It will help students getting jobs in Government and Private sectors. After the degree students can become a Forensic medical officer, fingerprint analyst, evidence technician, and forensic psychologist.

B.Sc. (H) First Year (Sem. I & II)

At UG (H) First Year, the structure is as follows:

(i) Foundation Courses

1. English (Compulsory)
2. Hindi/ French/ German (Any one)
Semester II
1. Advanced English (Compulsory)
2. Advanced Hindi/French/ German
(Any one, as per the option in Semester I)
