Bachelor of Physiotherapy (BPT)

Physiotherapy is a branch of modern medical science which
includes examination, assessment, interpretation, physical
diagnosis, planning and execution of treatment.

Bachelor of Physiotherapy (BPT) is a four year
Undergraduate degree followed by 6 months compulsory
rotatory internship in which students’ learn to deal with the
physical structure of the body so as to be able to treat
various disorders of the patients.

The compulsory internship is aimed at giving the students
hands on experience in the field.

Physiotherapists are qualified professionals.

Master of Physiotherapy (MPT)

Master of Physiotherapy (MPT) is a two year Post Graduate
degree programme after BPT course. Master of physiotherapy offers ample opportunities for work in both
clinical and research establishments.

It aims to enhance expertise in interventional improvement that forms the base of successful professional practice by scaling the global standards of a postgraduate student.

It facilitates quality care of patients with upgradation and
modification of treatment as per recent advancements in
the field.

Students can choose from a variety of specializations such
as sports related physiotherapy, neurological conditions,
orthopedic, movement disorders, cardiopulmonary
rehabilitation & recovery.

Yes, the university provides scholarships to meritorious students who score above 95% in their XII class.

The hostel Rooms are Wi-Fi enabled, centrally air-conditioned, three seated with proper light and ventilation. There is 24-hour water and electricity supply, with generator back-up facility, provision of Solar water-heating system and water coolers with RO water supply in hostel mess and hostel building.

Admission form can be filled both offline and Online mode. Candidate can visit the campus (Monday to Saturday between 9:30am-4:15pm) and fill the form else the candidate can visit our website and fill the admission form online through this link https://icfia.org/iisu/apply
